The Process

First you select the parameters that best match your search objectives using our list selection system.  After defining your personalized criteria the system will report how many companies are available for your targeted resume mailing.  This will be your mailing list.

If the system identifies fewer than 500, which is our minimum based on previous client results, you have the option to go back and select additional locations, industries and/or expand the sales/employee counts.  If the system identifies more than 25,000 you will be asked to refine your search so that your list is more targeted.

 

Once complete with the selection process you will now be given the option to purchase the data and any additional services.  To do so you must first register as a user.  This will allow you to track your order while it is being processed as well as view order specific details.

 

Upon completing the purchase you will get a confirming E-mail acknowledging receipt of your order.

 

Your order will be assigned to one of our associates who will review and analyze the database and export the data into the format you requested.  Orders typically take between 1 to 3 business days to process before the file is transmitted to you.

 

Included in the data file are the following fields:

 

            Company Name

            Mailing Address

            Phone Number

            Top Executive Name (ie; President, CEO)

            SIC Code

            Sales Volume

            Description of Business

 

Any additional services purchased will be assigned to an associate who personally process your requests.  If you purchased Resume Analysis & Critique please send your documents to sales@executivejobquest.com.

 

Upon receipt of the data file you should begin your mailing by first reviewing the data than merging the file with your word processing software.

 

NOTE:   When merging your file make sure the date on the letters is correct and you leave the requisite spaces between names and address fields.
